A Wine Score is a simple method for wine critics to rate a wine, and to give their opinion of it. They typically are a 100 point scale, with 90 and higher being Outstanding. 80’s are considered Good to Very Good, and below 80 are Mediocre or at worse, Not Recommended. For this Wine Dinner, we have selected wines that have all been rated 90 Points or higher, and paired wonderful dishes to go with their Outstanding quality.
